Job summary

Kong Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales of the Kong Enterprise Platform into global enterprise accounts from the UAE. You will own key accounts, build executive-level relationships, and shape deal strategy to close complex software deals.

We offer uncapped commissions and earnings potential, a fast-moving scale-up environment, and the chance to influence growth in a high-growth market. Travel of 30%–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling enterprise software; open source, APIs or infrastructure software a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Motivated, results-oriented with ability to manage complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kong Enterprise Platform to enterprise customers.
• Meet individual quota and objectives.
• Own your book of business and define criteria, motion and pipeline.
• Provide account leadership in pre- and post-sales processes; analyze wins/losses.
• Travel to customer sites as required (30% - 50%).
