Job summary

e& is hiring a director to own the roaming profit and loss with a focus on travel eSIM products. You will own strategy, pricing and promotions for roaming, oversee the end-to-end eSIM journey from purchase to support, and work with wholesale on roaming agreements, coverage and costs.

The role requires leading the roaming team, tracking KPIs such as revenue, penetration, eSIM adoption and NPS, and driving performance across the roaming portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in marketing, management or telecom.
• 12 to 14 years of work experience in telecom.

Responsibilities

• Own the roaming profit and loss and set strategy, pricing and promotions.
• Oversee the end-to-end eSIM journey from purchase to support.
• Work with wholesale on roaming agreements, coverage and costs.
