Job summary

etisalat UAE is seeking a senior Roaming Leader to steer the roaming business, profitability, and strategic positioning. You will drive product innovation, pricing, partnerships, and lifecycle management for eSIM and travel eSIM experiences, ensuring a seamless digital journey across channels.

You will collaborate across Commercial, Wholesale, Technology, Digital, CX, Finance, and other teams to optimize products and deliver superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Management or Telecom.
• 12-14 years of work experience in Telecom.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Roaming business and P&L, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and customer adoption.
• Define and execute the overall roaming strategy and roadmap, aligned with company objectives, customer needs, market trends, and travel seasons.
• Drive the end-to-end eSIM roaming experience, covering discovery, eligibility, purchase, installation, activation, onboarding, usage, and support.
• Develop and manage roaming pricing, promotions, and monetization strategies for competitive offerings.
