Job summary

Airalo, the world’s first eSIM store, is seeking a Business Finance Lead to embed financial intelligence into the company’s most critical growth decisions. You will work closely with GTM, Marketing and Product teams to drive pricing, market expansion and customer economics, acting as a trusted strategic partner.

This full-time, remote-first role requires strong experience in P&L management, unit economics, and analytics to guide strategic planning and execution across geographies and cohorts.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience supporting regional or product-level P&Ls in high-growth digital environments.
• Ability to model and track granular unit economics, customer profitability and contribution margins.
• Expertise in pricing strategy, A/B testing frameworks, and commercial performance analytics.
• Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics, CAC, ROIs and multi-touch attribution.
• Strong business partnering capability with a consultative and collaborative mindset.
• High agility to pivot between strategic modelling, operational planning and tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact between finance and GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Product), delivering strategic and operational insights.
• Partner with the Network team on building a telco negotiation strategy to be the price leader in all geographies.
• Analyse business performance by geography, segment and product; identify profitability drivers and cost-saving levers.
• Own unit economics modelling including CAC, LTV, payback period and contribution margin across cohorts and geographies.
• Partner on new country entry strategies, pricing strategies and pilots.
• Create dashboards and reporting suites for campaign ROI, funnel efficiency and acquisition channel performance; support retention programs with financial rigor.
• Serve as a key thought partner to business heads and provide decision support during planning cycles.
• Track KPIs and support performance reviews for business units with variance analysis and root-cause in partnership with FP&A.
• Support investor communications and financial narrative development as part of due diligence or board discussions.
