YOUGotaGift.com in the UAE seeks a Director - Business to drive regional growth, lead partnerships across loyalty programs and digital platforms, and expand the embedded solutions business in the UAE. You will engage senior stakeholders, identify opportunities, and close scalable commercial wins aligned with the company vision.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in business development, sales or partnerships with regional experience.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and close complex deals.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven growth mindset.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a results-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior-level strategic partnerships across loyalty programs and digital platforms.
• Own growth of Embedded Solutions with focus on UAE, identifying opportunities and driving partnerships.
• Set regional business development strategy and expand existing relationships.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles with negotiations and deal closures.
• Forecast, manage pipeline and report on commercial KPIs; mentor a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and operations to ensure smooth partner delivery.

Job Role

The Director - Business is a regional strategic leadership role responsible for driving new business growth and managing key partnerships across loyalty programs digital platforms marketplaces and rewards and recognition ecosystems. The role will lead regional growth with primary responsibility for UAE engaging senior-level stakeholders identifying emerging opportunities and delivering scalable commercial wins that align with the companys vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior-level strategic partnerships across loyalty programs digital platforms marketplaces ecosystems
  
• Own and drive the growth of YGGs Embedded Solutions business across the region with primary responsibility for UAE identifying new commercial opportunities building strategic partnerships and driving scalable solutions across loyalty programs digital platforms marketplaces and rewards ecosystems
  
• Set and drive the regional business development strategy focused on new sales and expanding existing relationships
  
• Identify and pursue emerging commercial opportunities in gift card marketing and digital incentives
  
• Lead complex end-to-end sales cycles including senior stakeholder engagement negotiations and deal closures
  
• Own pipeline management forecasting and reporting on commercial KPIs
  
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team aligned to business priorities
  
• Collaborate with product technology and operations teams to ensure smooth partner delivery and integration
  
• Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer insights to inform growth strategies
  

Experience & Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in business development sales or partnerships preferably within loyalty marketplaces or rewards ecosystems with regional experience
  
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and close complex deals
  
• Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to growth and strategy
  
• Experience leading and developing teams in a cross-functional environment
  
• Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant certification preferred
