Mashreqbank PSC’s Mashreq Digital team is seeking a Digital Transformation Assistant Manager to support coordination, tracking, reporting and governance across the digital program. Responsibilities

• Maintain headcount trackers and support reporting on resource movements, vacancies, onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on onboarding, offboarding, renewals and documentation; track delays or exceptions.
• Assist in updating budget and expense trackers; support preparation of periodic financial reports and presentations.
• Support coordination of town halls, standups, workshops and team events; handle logistics and feedback collection.
• Assist in internal communications, including newsletters and campaigns, plus governance documentation and action tracking.
