Job summary

Mashreq Digital in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Digital Transformation Assistant Manager to coordinate, track and report on key Digital initiatives. The role supports headcount tracking, vendor coordination, financial reporting, and internal communications to ensure governance activities are completed accurately and on time.

The position requires 4–6 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, business operations or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate; SharePoint, Power BI; Copilot is an advantage for process improvement.
• Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate headcount tracking, vendor coordination and reporting.
• Support budgeting, invoicing and expense tracking activities.
• Assist with governance, communications and engagement activities across Digital.
• Prepare and maintain trackers, dashboards and action logs.
• Support timely completion of governance documentation and presentations.
