Job summary

Mashreq seeks a senior leader to oversee Finance technology, transformation and digitalization. You will bridge Finance and Technology, drive the end-to-end portfolio from Core Banking to data platforms, and deliver programs that enhance reporting, governance and efficiency.

You will coordinate with CFO and senior leaders, ensure capital budgets are deployed, and lead cross-functional workstreams across Oracle Flexcube, Oracle EPM, OFSAA and ERP ecosystems in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, IS or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) and/or PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• 15-18 years of experience leading large-scale technology transformation and system implementation projects in banking.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Flexcube, Oracle EPM, OFSAA modules.

Responsibilities

• - Lead the delivery of all Finance digital transformation projects across the Bank with centralized governance.
• - Establish and direct Finance transformation capability with consolidated milestones and risk view.
• - Define portfolio governance standards and escalate only material decisions to CFO level.
• - Act as primary liaison between Finance, Technology and external partners.
• - Initiate and mobilise approved Finance initiatives, manage budgets and reporting.
• - Lead Finance workstreams for Oracle Flexcube and downstream systems.
• - Develop project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks and ensure timely delivery.
• - Provide regular updates to CFO and Finance Leadership on status and risks.
