Mashreq Bank seeks a Senior Project Finance Manager to lead governance and financial reporting for technology projects bank‑wide. You will coordinate with Transformation Office, manage budgets, review business cases, and drive capitalization and asset recording with project managers.

Your role requires strong financial acumen, excellent English communication, and a collaborative approach across functions to mitigate risks and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s in Finance/Accounting or CA/MBA Finance with 5–8 years in banking tech projects' financials.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and produce project dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and able to build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review financial business cases for Tech projects and drive budget management.
• Provide timely financial reports to Transformation Office and stakeholders.
• Oversee capitalization and asset recording with Project Managers.
• Monitor cost overruns and utilization of budgets; alert leadership when needed.
• Ensure documentation and approvals are stored in central repository.
• Support annual CapEx planning with Tech and Business Leads.
