Job summary

Mashreq's Digital Studio seeks a Digital Product Expert to own end-to-end development and rollout of commercial products, services, and processes, ensuring an optimal customer experience.

You will support the Product Owner/MarTech Lead in strategy, design and delivery, build a highly functional self-service platform for business enablement, and lead agile events while coordinating with IT, Compliance and CX to drive digital adoption.

Qualifications

7+ years in MarTech, CRM or CDP leading large programs.
Experience managing multiple external vendors and delivery partners.
Define platform vision, roadmap and execution aligned with compliance needs.
Deliver enterprise projects across multiple countries or regions.
Hands-on CRM/CDP data unification, segmentation and activation.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams across Engineers, Platform Admins, SMEs, Tech Leads, Designers and QAs with the Product Owner/MarTech Lead.
Prioritize the team backlog to deliver platform features while maintaining architectural integrity.
Collaborate with IT, Compliance, ISG, Architecture, Operations, CX, Legal and other stakeholders to deliver optimal platform features.
Drive intuitive platform features to boost digital adoption and improve UX.
Mentor team members and drive agile ceremonies (planning, refinements, retrospectives, demos).
