ABB Motion Services is seeking a Digital Sales Leader in Dubai/UAE to grow the ABB Ability Powertrain portfolio across industries, from Oil & Gas to Data Centers. You will partner with customers and partners, lead outbound and full-cycle sales, and help customers achieve measurable business value with software solutions.

Formación

• Around 6 years of enterprise SaaS or digital solutions selling experience in B2B environments.
• Ability to influence, coach, and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital IT/OT environments and executive sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute structured outbound sales to build a strong pipeline.
• Run full-cycle sales: discovery, qualification, product demos, proposals, and closing.
• Develop account expansion strategies for target industries and global accounts.
• Collaborate with local and global sales, operations, and marketing to optimize funnel performance.
• Establish accurate forecasts and sales targets for the territory.
