Job summary

Gargash Insurance Services LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive new business across Motor, Medical, and Non-Motor lines. You will coordinate end-to-end sales processes, manage quotations, and onboard clients while pushing strategic digital partnerships.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, lead generation through digital channels, and performance tracking. Candidates should have 3+ years in digital sales or insurance sales and be comfortable with LMS/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of digital sales, telesales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Professional insurance qualifications (preferred) or strong domain knowledge in general insurance products and sales.
• Familiarity with Lead Management Systems (LMS), CRM tools, and dialer setups.
• Experience in managing sales KPIs, expense budgets, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• New Business development & coordination for Motor, Medical and Non-Motor lines.


• Secure a new business from key business segments in each vertical that give higher revenue per policy.


• Identify and develop digital partnership opportunities aligning with marketing and business goals


• Assist Cross-selling & marketing of products to increase customer growth and retention.


• Identify and develop direct insurer digital business with key insurance partners

Operational & Sales Management:

• Quote management and ERP monitoring of the enquiries which are in pipeline.


• Monitor the end-to-end process from quoting to client onboarding.


• Maintain specific conversion rate targets across all classes of products and branches


• Monitor and report on enquiries attended and booked via the ERP system.


• Collaborate with the internal digital project team and digital marketing teams to improve lead volumes and quality level required by each business vertical .

Marketing & Performance Reporting:

• Collaborate with digital marketing team for maintaining enquiry sourcing from key digital channels like website, social media, chatbots, search engines, emails, etc


• Collaborate with digital marketing team to ensure that the communication is updated on all digital marketing campaigns on a periodic basis


• Track and maintain weekly, monthly & yearly performance reports for each business vertical

Process Improvement & Planning:

• Collaborate with product team leaders for monthly capacity planning basis enquiries and existing manpower


• Track and maintain performance reports for each team member.


• Collaborate with Digital sales head for campaign planning, manpower planning etc

Learning & Development:

• Complete all assigned training modules via the organization's Learning Management System (LMS).


• Align with the internal underwriting teams to learn and understand the quoting process.

Qualifications & Experience
