Job summary

IKEA Dubai is seeking a Digital Range Specialist – Ecommerce to drive online product range visibility, availability, and conversion across digital channels. You will translate insights into actions supporting omnichannel growth and campaign alignment with commercial goals.

Role requires 5+ years in IKEA range management or digital commerce within a fast-paced retail environment, with strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School credential or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of IKEA range activity, digital commerce, or product range operations.
• Experience making commercial decisions in an omnichannel retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of IKEA range structure and online product presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the online product range experience to improve availability, visibility, customer engagement, and ecommerce conversion.
• Review online shopping behavior and identify ways to simplify the customer journey across digital touchpoints.
• Analyze website activity, product sales data, customer feedback, and digital trends to highlight improvement opportunities.
• Work with Sales Leaders to optimize the range offer and support commercially sound product decisions.
• Ensure the agreed product range is visible, searchable, and buyable across relevant digital channels according to business rules.
