Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise the IKEA website and app in an engaging, commercial, and customer-friendly way.
  • Manage homepage, landing page, campaign, and seasonal content in line with promotions and marketing priorities.
  • Optimize product listing pages based on customer journey needs, commercial priorities, IKEA global guidelines, and local market relevance.
  • Organize and categorize products so customers can browse, search, find, and buy with fewer barriers.
  • Monitor website data, sales performance, search metrics, traffic behavior, and customer interaction trends.
  • Analyze ecommerce metrics to understand how customers respond to product placement, content, navigation, and promotions.
  • Coordinate weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly ecommerce reporting with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Recommend commercial opportunities for sales steering, cross-selling, upselling, add-on products, and improved basket value.

Ideal Profile
  • High School Credential is required.
  • Experience in ecommerce, web merchandising, online retail, digital channel management, or product content merchandising.
  • Strong knowledge of digital merchandising methods and ecommerce trading practices.
  • Good understanding of online marketing tools, website content planning, product listing pages, and campaign execution.
  • Sound knowledge of IKEA business plans, commercial priorities, strategies, and product range is an advantage.
  • Experience using UX design best practices, especially mobile-first and responsive design principles.
