• Deep knowledge of assigned product, service or platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assign products and platforms to the geography and drive adoption.
• Act as SME for geography and solution portfolio across MA capabilities.
• Provide visibility on product developments to the team and clients.
• Proactively monitor customer success and leverage Mastercard solutions.
• Support solution selling with product implementation insights.
• Drive market enablement and readiness for new capabilities.
• Assist AMs to optimize current offerings and prepaid penetration.
• Collaborate with clients directly on straightforward, one-solution opportunities.
• Share best practices and market intelligence across teams.
