Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Dubai seeks a Manager, Digital Partners to drive the East Arabia strategy, lead commercial launches of Mastercard Cross-Border Services, and deepen partnerships with fintechs, banks, remittance providers, and other digital players.

You will own revenue targets and coordinate with Product, Implementation, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, fintech, remittances, banking, transaction banking, or financial services.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue, transaction volume, and business development targets.
• Experience owning strategic client relationships and leading complex commercial negotiations.
• Experience in cross-border payments, remittances, card payments, account-to-account payments, or adjacent financial services is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed annual revenue, transaction volume, and new-client acquisition targets.
• Originate and convert opportunities across fintechs, digital wallets, remittance providers, banks, telcos, and payment institutions.
• Develop market-entry and expansion strategies that accelerate adoption of Mastercard Cross-Border Services.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and drive disciplined opportunity management.
• Build compelling commercial proposals and lead negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
