Job summary

Mastercard East Arabia, within the Customer Solutions Center, drives data-driven, scalable digital payment solutions for the MENA East market. The Manager Specialist Sales- Digital Payments will own MDES, tokenization, wallets, and related assets, acting as the front-line expert and solution specialist for opportunities in the cluster.

This role focuses on maximizing customer value by leveraging Mastercard capabilities, enabling market readiness, and supporting sales with deep product knowledge

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of MDES, Tokenization, Wallets, Passkeys and related digital assets.
• Ability to translate client needs into scalable payments solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as an expert for the geography solution portfolio and communicate latest product developments.
• Drive localization and market enablement to support sales and client success.
• Collaborate with AM/BD to identify opportunities and provide expert advice on product adoption.
