Job summary

Americana Restaurants’ Pizza Hut digital team is seeking an Assistant Manager - Digital to plan and execute the digital commercial agenda across UAE and KSA, including App, CRM, Loyalty and Aggregator channels.

You will lead monthly promotional calendars, optimize campaigns, analyze performance and drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue through flawless execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Digital Commerce, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Marketplace Management, Growth Marketing.
• Experience within QSR, Food Delivery, Retail, Consumer Technology or E-Commerce preferred.
• Experience working with mobile apps, websites and aggregator platforms.
• Experience in commercial planning, promotions management and digital business reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of all digital promotions across App, CRM and Aggregator channels.
• Coordinate campaign delivery across Marketing, Revenue Management, Product, Technology and Operations teams.
• Ensure all campaigns are correctly configured, tested and launched according to agreed timelines.
• Validate promotional setup including pricing, discount structures, coupon mechanics, banners, customer targeting and offer visibility.
• Conduct ongoing campaign health checks and proactively resolve issues affecting performance or customer experience.
• Ensure flawless delivery of digital campaigns across all customer touchpoints
• Track key business metrics and develop weekly and monthly performance reviews for leadership.
