Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Change Management to partner with business units, capture and prioritize digital demands, and describe them for delivery teams.

You will lead change management activities, develop communications programs, and coordinate with internal Digital & Cybersecurity teams to ensure successful adoption and adoption of digital solutions across the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 10 years of relevant IT experience including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing technical and managerial responsibilities in IT with emphasis on IT solutions, application development and project management.
• Experience with communication planning and stakeholder management to align IT services with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact from Digital for business lines and managers to communicate IT services and capabilities.
• Plan and lead the liaison between business functions and Group Digital & Cybersecurity teams to guide business users and maintain relationships.
• Develop recommendations to facilitate joint delivery of projects across units and evaluate initiatives for alignment with corporate strategy.
