Job summary

You will design change management and communication strategies, conduct readiness assessments, and partner with Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and IT to deliver measurable benefits. This role requires 3-5 years of experience and a data-driven, proactive mindset to drive cross-functional change across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Program/Project Management.
• Familiarity with change frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Data-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and communication strategies for transformation projects.
• Conduct change impact and business readiness assessments.
• Manage stakeholders, build engagement, and drive change adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and IT.
• Develop communication and training plans to support successful implementation.
• Monitor change progress and help ensure business benefits are achieved.
