ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Senior Specialist - Digital Change Management to lead change initiatives across enterprise digital programs. You will align business requirements with technology delivery and coordinate with cybersecurity, vendors, and program teams to ensure adoption.

You will develop change strategies, manage stakeholder communications, train users, and monitor adoption to maximize value of digital investments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant information technology experience.
  • At least 5 years in positions carrying progressively greater technical and managerial responsibility.
  • Strong background in IT solutions, application development, project delivery, or digital transformation.
  • Experience working as an interface between technology teams and business stakeholders.
  • Practical understanding of digital change management, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and organizational readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Digital point of contact for assigned business functions, managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with business leaders and communicate available digital services, technology capabilities, and transformation opportunities.
  • Capture, understand, prioritize, and document digital requirements submitted by business functions.
  • Coordinate between business teams and Group Digital and Cybersecurity functions to ensure technology requirements are properly interpreted and addressed.
  • Lead engagement activities that maintain constructive relationships between Digital teams and internal customers.
  • Develop recommendations for coordinated application and technology initiatives involving multiple business units.
  • Evaluate proposed digital initiatives against corporate strategy, business priorities, and expected measurable outcomes.
  • Support high-level feasibility assessments during early project stages to determine whether proposed solutions or services should progress.
  • Assess business needs, technology options, implementation considerations, expected value, and adoption requirements during pre-project analysis.
  • Promote available digital services and solutions through structured awareness initiatives and internal communication campaigns.
  • Develop communication programs that strengthen customer understanding of digital services, project progress, changes, and business benefits.
  • Define digital change management strategies for implementation across Group Companies.
  • Standardize communication approaches for major Digital and Cybersecurity programs and projects.
  • Develop structured stakeholder engagement, communication, training, readiness, and adoption activities for technology deployments.
  • Assess customer satisfaction through surveys, focus groups, benchmarking exercises, usage analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Analyse application utilization and adoption trends to identify areas where additional communication, training, or service improvements are required.
  • Identify service improvement opportunities and work with business stakeholders and Digital teams to resolve service-related concerns.
  • Advise business functions on the benefits, limitations, risks, and potential business impact of existing and emerging technologies.
  • Support technology-enabled business improvement initiatives designed to strengthen efficiency, performance, and competitive capability.
  • Coordinate with Digital and Cybersecurity teams in developing multi-year technology and business capability roadmaps.
  • Contribute technology perspectives to business strategic planning and help align digital roadmaps with function objectives.
  • Facilitate implementation of business changes enabled through applications, platforms, digital services, and technology programs.
  • Track communication requirements associated with Digital and Cybersecurity project portfolios.
  • Lead discussions with business management to help stakeholders define technology requirements that can improve business performance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for future digital change management implementations.
  • Apply recognized change management practices to technology projects and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Coordinate user readiness activities before deployment of digital solutions.
  • Deliver or arrange relevant user training, guidance, and implementation support.
  • Provide post-deployment support to help users adapt to new systems, processes, applications, and digital working practices.
  • Support resolution of adoption challenges that arise after technology implementation.
  • Promote compliance with corporate information security standards, cybersecurity requirements, policies, and related governance controls.
  • Help protect digital assets and corporate information by incorporating security expectations into stakeholder engagement and change activities.
  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate assigned digital change management activities to achieve agreed functional objectives.
  • Develop assigned personnel through coaching, knowledge sharing, and structured skills development.
