Job summary

ASDAM DIGITAL is seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Consultant in Dubai to lead and implement digital change initiatives across multiple business units. The role requires guiding senior management, analyzing processes, and delivering large-scale projects using modern digital technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in digital transformation, excellent consulting and communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a digital transformation role.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of current digital technologies and their business applications.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
