Job summary

The role requires strategic leadership, strong ITIL discipline, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure reliable infrastructure, network, and applications and to drive continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT or related field.
• Experience in leading IT service management and operations teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage staff and operations to ensure 24x7 monitoring of systems.
• Lead and drive Change, Event and Incident Management practices for continuous service improvement.
• Coordinate with ADNOC and Group Companies to align service delivery with business objectives.
