AveNew Development in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Relationship Property Consultant to help clients buy and sell properties. You will identify opportunities, consult with buyers/sellers, show properties, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth closings. Strong real estate sales experience and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

Developer real estate experience is mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Hands-on CRM and property listing platforms experience.
Valid real estate license required.

Responsibilities

Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
Meet with buyers and sellers to understand needs and provide property recommendations.
