The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and selling properties, and negotiating deals. Client Consultations: Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide property recommendations. Show Properties: Organize and conduct property viewings for clients. Negotiate & Close Sales: Help clients negotiate prices and prepare contracts. Ensure smooth closings. Provide Market Insights: Stay informed on property trends, pricing, and competitive listings.
