Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software and TCP/IP networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation and upkeep of hardware/software for workstations, printers, smartphones, projectors, and video conference systems.
• Provide surveillance, operation, troubleshooting and restoration for PCs or notebooks connected to the network.
• Deliver technical resolutions for Windows PC/Server, Active Directory user/account management and password resets.
• Manage email accounts, recommend solutions, monitor issues and maintain records of work performed.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and liaise with service providers when needed.
• Track software and hardware inventory.
• Advanced troubleshooting of computer and user issues.
