Job summary

Reload Logistics in Dubai seeks a Demurrage Analyst to own end‑to‑end demurrage and detention across all mine sites. You will ensure accurate calculations, timely invoicing, and full tracking of demurrage with clients and transporters.

You will validate data in ERP, perform manual calculations when needed, generate invoices, support KAM/CSM with logs, disputes, and weekly reports to drive invoicing and collections.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Freight Forwarding, Mining Logistics, or Shipping with Demurrage/Detention experience.
• Experience across multiple mine sites or countries is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and handling large datasets.
• Understanding contracts, SLAs and how mine operations impact demurrage.
• Clear communication of calculations and status to KAMs/CSM(s) and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of demurrage across all mine sites in the ERP system for imports and exports.
• Ad‑hoc calculations per client contract terms and site rules.
• Generate Proforma and Final Demurrage Invoices for negotiation and issuance.
• Support KAM/CSM with PODs, event logs and operational data.
• Handle client feedback/disputes; perform recalculation and provide analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain Master Demurrage Tracker; analyze transporter claims and drive invoicing.
• Validate ERP event tagging and work with Ops to confirm dates when data is missing.
