The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled culinary professional to prepare meals to high standards, regulate oven temperatures, and ensure timely delivery of dishes. You will monitor food quality, maintain logs, and communicate menu specials during peak periods.

As part of a luxury hospitality team, you will assist in hiring and coaching staff, follow safety policies, and uphold the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, delivering exceptional guest experiences daily.

Formación

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilidades

• Prepare special meals or substitute items and maintain food logs.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Ensure proper portions, presentation, and garnish.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees.
• Follow safety policies and report maintenance and safety concerns.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance; protect company assets.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Stand, walk, or move for an extended period; lift up to 25 pounds.
