• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters and maintain food logs.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items; ensure quality and presentation.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards; ensure cleanliness and professional appearance.
