Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree (preferred).
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Regulate oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures and monitor portions.
• Pull food from storage to thaw; maintain logs and ensure safety standards.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching staff.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items; communicate needs during busy periods.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets; support team goals.
