You will assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. This role offers exposure to a top hotel brand and opportunities to contribute to daily specials and guest satisfaction. The position requires teamwork, stamina, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Mansioni

• Prepare meals according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of food prepared.
• Inform chefs of excess food for daily specials and support service staff.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching employees.
• Uphold safety, security, and cleanliness policies; protect company assets.
