The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi seeks a Non-Management, Full-Time culinary professional to prepare meals, regulate oven temperatures, thaw and plate items, and ensure high standards for quality and presentation.

You will assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching staff; adhere to safety policies and protect company assets; coordinate with F&B to meet guest needs and maintain consistent service.

Formación

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare special meals or substitute items.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Pull food from freezer to thaw in the refrigerator; ensure proper portion, arrangement and garnish.
• Maintain food logs; monitor quality and quantity of food prepared.
• Inform Chef of excess food items for daily specials; inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Ensure the quality of the food items and follow recipes, quality standards, and preparation checklists.
