The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to prepare special meals, regulate oven temperatures, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. You will also support management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff while adhering to safety policies and maintaining professional appearance.

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related work experience: At least 3 years.
Supervisory experience: No supervisory experience.
License or certification: None

Responsabilidades

Prepare meals according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklist.
Maintain proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; serve as role model.
Follow all safety and security policies; report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions.
Communicate with Food & Beverage service staff about menu specials and out-of-stock items.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
