Swissotel Al Ghurair in Dubai is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie to uphold top-level food quality and presentation. You will supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring hygiene, consistency, and high standards while training Commis and trainees to enhance culinary skills across the team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hotel or hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate kitchen team.
• Creative and passionate about culinary arts and guest service.
• Able to perform under high-pressure conditions while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide daily kitchen operations ensuring quality and hygiene.
• Train Commis and trainees to develop culinary skills.
• Prepare and check store requisitions and manage inter-kitchen transfers.
• Supervise team performance and delegate tasks with clear instructions.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation per kitchen manuals and standards.
