Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank seeks a senior leader to head the Equities Delta Trading desk, responsible for strategy, execution, and risk across regional and global equity markets. You will drive delta one product strategies, manage P&L, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing execution capabilities.

The role requires deep expertise in equity markets, delta one products and trading strategies, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement. A CFA/FRM or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of equities trading experience with delta one focus.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Deep knowledge of market structure, liquidity and execution tech.
• Expertise in risks, compliance, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction of the Equities Delta Trading desk.
• Lead and optimise execution of trades across delta one products.
• Monitor trading exposures within approved limits and ensure risk compliance.
• Research macro trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Ensure governance and policy adherence across trading activities.
• Manage change control for new products and releases.
• Drive market access and innovation in equity execution.
