Job summary

AvaTrade in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to expand its client base in the OTC derivatives space. You will leverage an existing high-net-worth portfolio and regulatory know-how to drive new business and maintain client relationships in a global brand environment.

The role requires a results-oriented sales professional with strong FX/CFD knowledge, regulatory understanding, and the ability to relocate to Abu Dhabi or work from the local office several days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business required.
• Minimum 5 years' proven sales experience in eFX/CFDs or OTC derivatives.
• Must have a transferable client portfolio including professionals and retail clients.
• Experience with regulated brokerage environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire professional and high-net-worth clients through referrals and direct prospecting.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into active trading clients.
• Expand and manage a transferable client portfolio to drive revenue growth.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver professional, responsive, and value-driven service.
• Collaborate with onboarding, compliance, dealing, and support teams to ensure smooth client management.
