Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is seeking an experienced equity broker to execute client trades on ADX/DFM, grow sales with high-net-worth clients, and ensure strict AML/CTF compliance. You will stay updated on market rules and mentor junior brokers while maintaining high ethical standards.

The role requires 5–8 years of trading experience, a finance-related degree, and SCA broker licensing. A proactive, client-focused approach and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience in equity trading, portfolio management and client-facing roles.
• Track record of negotiating large-scale trades or managing high-net-worth client portfolios.
• SCA-licensed broker status is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Execute client orders on the ADX and DFM exchanges in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking and digital channels.
• Meet with clients to understand goals, risk appetite and concerns.
• Ensure AML/CTF onboarding and trade settlement policies are followed.
• Stay updated on market rules, commission structures and competitor activity.
• Mentor junior brokers and lead the trading team.
