Job summary

Delta International Institute in Dubai seeks a Performance-driven Trading Client Relationship Executive to manage revenue-bearing client relationships in the financial markets. You will conduct meetings, oversee deposits, coordinate seminars, and provide basic trading guidance while maintaining high retention and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Forex or financial market trading / Sales, Client Relationship, or Customer Service
• Strong closing and negotiation ability
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Malayalam and Hindi proficiency is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven environment
• Professional attitude with long-term career focus
• Structured performance-based incentive model (linked to deposits, upgrades, and KPIs)

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional client meetings (online/offline)
• Manage and follow up on student deposits
• Coordinate seminars and webinars in collaboration with internal teams
• Maintain structured communication with assigned clients
• Provide basic trading-related guidance and support
• Ensure high client retention and satisfaction standards
• Achieve defined revenue & sales closings and performance KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up records
• Successfully create business from existing customer accounts
