Job summary

The ENTERTAINER is seeking a Delivery Executive in Dubai to oversee end-to-end order flow, coordinate with merchants and partners, and drive operational improvements. You will analyze delivery data, manage vendor relationships, and support cross-functional teams to ensure top service levels.

Key responsibilities include onboarding merchants, resolving order issues with third-party logistics, and generating performance reports.

Effective in stakeholder and vendor coordination.
Attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.
Comfortable with Excel including pivot tables, formulas and dashboards.
Confident interpreting dashboards and operational data (e.g. Tableau).
Experience using CRM or order management platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
Skilled in preparing reports and presentations (e.g. PowerPoint).
Effective communicator across internal platforms and shared drives.
Proficient in managing email communication, scheduling and follow-ups.
Valid Driver's License for dispatch support or merchant visits.
Background in operations, logistics or delivery coordination (desirable).

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end order flow across channels.
Investigate and resolve failed or delayed orders with partners.
Monitor merchant availability statuses and operational readiness.
Prepare, analyze and share delivery performance reports with key metrics.
Manage inventory and dispatch of delivery hardware.
Provide cross-functional support to Sales, Content and Customer Service on delivery matters.
Onboard and train new merchants on tools, processes and delivery operations.
Collaborate with Marketing to boost performance for underperforming merchants.
Monitor SaaS integrations to ensure smooth order placement.
Liaise with Finance, Tech and Product to resolve order or payout issues.
Track partner SLAs and compliance with contracts.
Develop and refine SOPs to address recurring issues; maintain docs.
Support regional and zone launches with delivery readiness and coordination.
Generate custom reports and insights for Sales or merchant teams.
