Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Change Manager for the Delivery Service Partner network in Dubai. You will coordinate transformation, distill stakeholder inputs, and guide decisions to ensure smooth and impactful implementations across AMZL/AMXL networks.

You will work to balance DSP and DA experiences with operational stability, address risks, and enable Day 1 innovation at scale while involving project owners and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Complexity: Navigate conflicting priorities to support deployment and communication, with data-driven inputs to prioritization.
• Scope and Influence: develop working backwards plans for projects and guide teams and field personnel.
• Ambiguity: identify risks and propose mitigation before they become roadblocks, collaborating with multiple teams.
• Communication: articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences and partner with project/program managers and stakeholders.
