Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking a Change Manager to own site change and project management, peak readiness playbooks, cost controls, and procurement. You’ll lead CI culture with Kaizen and Gemba activities while supporting daily management of a Delivery Station and leading various roles.

Qualified candidates will bring a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years Amazon experience), flexibility for shift work, and experience with metrics and lean techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Station Project Road Map and report progress to site leader.
• Ensuring timely closure of Peak Readiness Playbook and provide inputs to Network Control Manager.
• Thinking analytically about project management with attention to detail and the ability to influence others.
• Being obsessed by metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly to drive improvements.
• Finds practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.
• Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.
• Provide day-to-day support during rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.
• Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows, design solutions.
