Job summary

VESLA MOTORS L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Debt Collector for our Rent a Car division in Dubai. The role focuses on recovering overdue payments, negotiating settlements, and maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.

You will manage customer communications, document all actions, and strive to meet daily and monthly recovery targets. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of debt collection experience, a strong negotiation approach, and familiarity with UAE debt recovery practices.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven debt collection or payment recovery experience.
• Experience in Rent a Car sector in UAE preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE debt collection practices and legal considerations.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue payments via phone, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups.
• Recover outstanding payments including rents, traffic fines, Salik, and damage charges.
• Review ledgers to identify overdue and high-risk accounts; escalate when needed.
