Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a field collections professional to visit customers with overdue loan and credit card accounts and discuss outstanding payments. You will negotiate repayment plans, secure Promise-to-Pay commitments, and follow up to ensure settlements while complying with regulatory guidelines.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills and a UAE driving licence with own vehicle.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field collection/debt recovery preferred.
• UAE collection experience will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in the field.
• UAE driving Licence and own vehicle Mandatory.
• English and Arabic communication skills Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers with overdue loan/credit card accounts.
• Discuss outstanding payments and understand customer financial situations.
• Negotiate repayment plans and approved settlement options.
• Secure Promise-to-Pay commitments and follow up for payment.
• Support settlement and account closure within authorised limits.
• Maintain daily records of visits, customer feedback and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly collection and field visit targets.
• Follow all company, client and regulatory collection guidelines.
• Maintain professional, respectful and compliant customer interaction.
