Job summary

Oracle in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to oversee governance and ensure customers maximize business value from Oracle investments across the Middle East and Africa. You will act as a trusted advisor, align IT strategy with Oracle services, and drive successful cloud and on-prem deployments.

You will lead relationships with CIO/CTO, coordinate cross-team resources, manage contractuals and margins, and support renewal efforts while elevating customer

Qualifications

• 10 years IT project management experience in B2B environments.
• PRINCE2 / PMP and ITIL certifications are desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Extensive customer interaction at middle or executive levels.
• Experience in Outsourcing SaaS and Managed Cloud delivery.
• Proven track record of strategic relationship building and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the relationship with designated accounts in Middle East and Africa.
• Become the trusted advisor to maximize Oracle investment and represent them across Oracle.
• Drive customer satisfaction and protect CSS revenue streams.
• Manage CSS delivery using CSS processes and tools, maintaining accurate service docs.
• Coordinate resources to deliver services to allocated customers.
• Assure high quality of CSS service and optimize margins.
• Assist in CSS contract renewals and contribute to pre-sales activities.
• Develop strategic relationships with CIO/CTO and senior management.
