Job summary

ASBIS Middle East is seeking a Presales Engineer to support the Sales team with technical expertise, solution design, and customer engagement in data centre servers and infrastructure. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, identify needs, propose optimal solutions, and support the full sales cycle from qualification to delivery.

Key responsibilities include delivering IT infrastructure designs, communicating solutions to stakeholders, and providing technical inputs for best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful experience in technology industry as Pre-Sales Engineer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and solution-oriented consultative mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT infrastructure design to meet customer requirements and IT projects
• Communicate the proposed design solutions to stakeholders and guide decisions regarding trade-offs affecting project delivery
• Provide technical inputs to define IT infrastructure best practices including data center and server architectures
• Understand hardware design roles in system performance and software deployment
• Deliver proof of concepts and deploy data center and server systems as part of professional services
