Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a senior Data Center solutions sales/consulting professional to own and grow the pipeline across the Gulf region. You will qualify opportunities, build strategic maps, and drive executive briefings with major accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in building controls sales or delivery, strong communication in English and Arabic, and deep Data Center knowledge to influence tenders and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales or technical delivery in Building Controls.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to qualify and advance opportunities in Data Center vertical.
• English and Arabic language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Data Center pipeline across GBEs and related segments.
• Identify, qualify, and advance new opportunities in Data Center Industry.
• Build and maintain SAMs with whitespace and stakeholder maps.
• Co-develop GTM plans with strategic SI partners for key accounts.
• Develop country-level go-to-market plans for the Gulf region.
• Lead outreach to operation/project/procurement leaders.
• Lead customer-facing solution presentations and executive briefings.
• Drive tender inclusions and procurement-aligned documentation.
