Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport in Dubai seeks an operations leader to manage dark stores, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and lead day-to-day operations programs.

You will monitor key metrics, maintain data integrity for dashboards, support root cause analysis of defects and SLA breaches, and coordinate with store operations to ensure timely data updates and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.
• Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks.
• Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams.
• Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches.
• Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy.
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
