Job summary

Amazon UAE in Dubai, UAE is hiring an Operations Manager to lead cluster-level dark store operations, manage performance tracking, and develop a team responsible for day-to-day operations and programs.

You will maintain data accuracy across dashboards, drive root cause analysis, and coordinate with store ops teams to ensure timely, accurate data updates and continuous improvements across the city network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2 years of Amazon blue badge-FTE experience.
• 3 years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, shift, or work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage dark store operations at cluster level and support day-to-day operational performance.
• Hire, develop, and support a team responsible for operations and programs.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support the launch of new dark stores.
• Track and index operational metrics across the city network.
• Monitor count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance.
• Maintain data integrity across operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership.
• Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure operational data is updated on time and remains accurate.
• Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches.
• Identify trends and patterns in operational performance.
• Use performance insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain visibility into overall network health and operational performance.
