Job summary

Grandiose is seeking a Dark Store Supervisor for its Abu Dhabi E-commerce team. The In-Charge will own daily operations, lead the site team, ensure inbound, outbound, inventory, availability, and last-mile handover are executed with discipline and accuracy.

Responsibilities include managing 10–15 staff, overseeing inbound/outbound processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring strict SLA adherence for fast and reliable order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Experience handling inventory management and reducing shrink/waste.
• Comfortable managing 10-15 staff (including pickers).
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with strict SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operation of one Darkstore location.
• Lead the site team to meet SLA targets with discipline and accuracy.
• Supervise inbound deliveries, receiving, storage, and put-away processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, FIFO, and zero shrink mindset.
• Manage replenishment to keep high availability of all SKUs.
• Coordinate last-mile handover with fleet/riders for fast delivery.
• Maintain facility readiness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Prepare daily performance reports and monitor KPIs.
