Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level indexing and performance tracking for dark stores. The role includes hiring and developing a team to manage day-to-day operations and programs, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring data accuracy for dashboards used by leadership.

The candidate will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with store operations, and analyze trends to maintain network visibility and health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.
• Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks.
• Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams.
• Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches.
• Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy.
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
